J.D. Salinger “For Esme With Love and Squalor”/Buddy Glass?

Is Buddy Glass supposed to be the writer of “Esme..”? I would assume, since most of his stories focus on this family and they were both in the military and writers, etc..

That’s an interesting list; I’m not sure I see the logic of indnucilg multiple stories by the same authors on such a short list (even indnucilg the long list it’s short) though. I won’t be as predictable as to moan about which authors I think are missing okay I will: what no Joyce Carol Oates? No Ramsey Campbell? Salinger’s short stories are great though; a shame they are somewhat overshadowed by Catcher In The Rye.
