I can only think of two:

1 Plate glass, where molten glass is spread on a water-cooled surface such as a steel tray.

2 Float glass, where molten glass is poured on a container of molten tin or lead.

Glass windows in years past (colonial America for example) where window glass was blown, as a glass blower might make a bottle, then while still hot, the “bottle” was punctured at the base, and spun harder, centrifugal force flattening the “bottle” into a roughly flat surface. Maybe that would be called “spun glass” and be a third category?
