How can I get the pieces of glass from glass beads out of my fingers and hands?
I was hoping to find an effective way of getting the almost microscopic remnants of glass out of my fingers and hands after hand sewing one-by-one the small glass beads that are usually used for jewlrey and come in plastic as well. I wash my hands and under my nails after handling the beads but I will still see little bits sparkle in the light and often times feel tiny sharp pains in my finger tips when I touch things. Anyone know of any “special scrubbing patterns” I can use to get these annoying little boogers out?!?

Try Elmer’s glue. Apply it to the area and let it dry. Then peel it off and some of the glass shards should come out. It is the same principal as using the glue to remove splinters. It couldn’t hurt to try.
