Cleaning a glass top range?
The glass top range in the house we just bought has these disgusting grease rings burnt on around the front two burners. What kind of cleaning agent should we use that won’t scratch & ruin the stovetop? Any suggestions?

Well I use a type of natural stone cleaner cream , I use this for most of my household cleaning . It cleans Glass, Silver , Gold, Bronze, Copper, Stainless Steel, Brass, well almost all metals get´s rid of dirt and grim . Limescale & clean´s many other thing´s around the house , it would take to long to write all the things it can clean , I´m sure you can find something similar in your local hardware store or in one of the big store´s . This is the web site for the product I use, http://www.promonov.com if you decide to visit this site click on the product which is Perlglanz Putzetein, this will take you to the next page where you can find the explanation of this product in English .All household´s should have tis in there homes.

There are low-abrasive cleaners for ceramic stove-tops. Look in the cleaning aisle of a large grocery store. Or try Sears in the appliance department.

Look in the cleaning isle in the grocery store and they have cleaning products and next to them they should have things that look like scrach pads, if it says it will not scrach then get those. I use the non scrach pads for mine and it doesn’t scrach.
I use-Weiman Cook top- glass cook top and the pads!
My grandma uses one she gets from Sears and she says it works great.
