Will drinking one glass of skim milk a day make me gain weight?

i’m just beginning to recover from a big ED (eating disorder) and i haven’t had milk or calcium in soo long (i haven’t had meat or bread in eyons either) but if i drank one glass of skim milk (0% fat) a day, would i gain weight?

i mean, if it’s 0% fat it’s not going to make my body fat percentage go up, is it?

i don’t wanna gain weight lol.
