Where and how do you get a glass sword in oblivion?
plz help i need to now how to get a glass sword or other glass items without leveling up

unfortunately unlike other RPG’s, only certain armor and weapons become available when you’re at a certain level – for glass it is at least LEVEL 12.
if you’re at least level 12, then you can find it on the dead bodies of your enemies as the merchants will never carry it. your best bet to finding it is to just continue on the with the quests like for the fighter’s guild or any other quest that leads you into a cave with necromancers or bandits.
if you are not level 12, you will not be able to buy it, steal it, find it or anything else as it is not available for your to have yet. sorry.

Unless you can find one to steal, you would only be able to get one by being a high enough level. Because all items/armor/everything is based on your level.
