What is your point of view on a glass of water?
An optimist will say the glass is half full. A pessimist will say the glass is half empty however a realist will say the cost of filling up the glass of water is definitely more than the last time. So are you a optimist, pessimist or realist

I am an optimist realist. The glass is half full despite the fact that I paid more for that glass of water than I did yesterday.

If I’m thirsty, the cup is half empty. If I spilled it, it was half full XD

I’m an optimist – but I drink my water from a bottle ..not a glass .

who pays for water?

Your question is misleading. My point of view depends on whether I’m standing over the glass and looking down upon the water’s surface or holding the glass level to my eyes to discern clarity.
Either way, if a bug is floating in it I should be able to see it.

Totally realist, the glass IS half full but it depends on the size of the glass and the purpose of the water. All things considered it is just that, some water that fills half of that particular container..

The glass is both half full and half empty. Both answers are correct. This is a philosophy room, not a psychology room. We talk about logic and reason in here, not optimism and pessimism. No offense intended. I apologize if I came across “smart a**. “

The truth is…
The average person would say that the glass is half full.
A pessamist would not admit that they are.
I am a realist and an optimist.
I know what will probubly happen but I pray for the best and that is what I get.
I pay for the water, knowing that if I spill it the water will neither be half full or half empty.

In a normal environment on Earth, the glass is completely full. Half of the volume is occupied by water while half of the volume is occupied by air. That is reality.

Realist-optimist.
Realist because I can determine if the glass is truly half empty or half-full. Optimist because I know I can fill it up to the top either way.
