epoxy is by far the strongest. But you want to make sure you get clear. Epoxy come in 2 tubes, you must mix equal parts by strirring together. It also comes in slow drying (4 hours) and fast drying (5 minutes) If you get the fast drying you must work fast.

It is clear glue but u should go get a new glass!!!!

Go to a Michael craft store and in their glue section they have like 100 different kinds, most of them on the box will say for what use, some are specially for glass on glass..try one of those

Clear silicone will do the best job for you unless you need something fast drying. Most glues that dry fast are brittle including 2part epoxy.

It really depends on what results you need.
Does it have to dry invisible? Many glues yellow over time.
Does it have to be waterproof or water resistant? Resistant is for outdoors, proof is for submerging (like an aquarium).
Generally speaking, the most available, easiest to work with and best is probably weldbond.
Go to a staned glass supply and get input from there.
