First the body must warm the water to body temperature. Then it absorbs the water which then helps the body carry nutrients to the body cells and then carry waste out of the body.

I learned from an old boyfriend that you are best drinking most if not all beverages at body temperature or room temperature. If you drink excessively cold water and you shiver from the outside what do you think the inside is doing.?

cold water will help burn more calories because youre body has to use more energy to warm it up. it is also a good way to curb your appetite!
