Nope, sorry. It’s hard to tell what it is from that photo but it’s not glass etching. I’ve done quite a bit of etching and you don’t get dark colors when you do it. On clear glass you get a white color and on colored glass you get a lighter variation of the color.

It looks like a turn of the century Tintype photo. I’m not sure those were called glass etchings.
