Roads in the South have glass in them?
I took a trip to Raleigh and noticed a lot of the roads sparkle like they have glass in them. What is this for?

Hehe. I live in Mississippi and know exactly what your talking about. Actually, its not glass, however, their stones of some sort.
The southern people surely couldn’t be stupid enough to-do something like that.

to help u see better at night (the head light reflect of the glass ) .. NYC also uses glass in its streets …
