Refractive index, n = c / v
1.5 = 3 x 10^8 / v
v = 2 x 10^8
In air :
Speed, v = 3 x 10^8 m/s
Wavelength = 600nm = 6 x 10^-7 m
Frequency = Speed / Wavelength = 5 x 10^14 Hz
Frequency does not change when light enters from one medium to another as it depends upon the source.
So
frequency in glass = 5 x 10^14 Hz
Wavelength = Speed / Frequency = 2 x 10^8 / 5 x 10^14 = 400nm

With c = 3E8 m/sec (the usual approximation), then the speed in the glass will be that divided by 1.5, or 2E8 m/sec. Frequency will be the same, so the wavelength will be shorter by the same factor.

Using your definition of refractive index, light from a less dense to a denser medium, so the speed in the galss is less.
The frequency does not change.
The formula for wave length is got from speed = frequency * wavelength.
The speed in the glass is reduced by a factor 1.5.
Sglass = Sair/1.5
From above you can find new speed, wavelength.
