Is a glass of whole milk worse or better for you than a glass of pop?

I LOVE whole milk. It makes me sick…but if I’m going to drink it I want it to be the good stuff. I’d prefer a glass of whole milk any day over pop. My friends tell me it’s so bad for me but I see them drinking tons of soda and even alcohol. I feel like what I drink it still a whole lot better for me than what they are drinking. What is the comparisons between pop and whole milk when it comes to calories, fat, etc.
