It was a gray glass that was treated to break like a windshield. Will glass compaines make a new one and does anyone know if that is expensive? The table was less than a week old when this happened. Thanks for your help!

yeah - look in your yellowpages under glass & mirror
windshield glass is laminate (has plastic in between), then there is safety glass which breaks into chunks no chards but they can do it no prob- smoked my cost you more- but they will have a bunch of options |

A glass shop should be able to not only cut you a new tabletop but also the hole in the middle for the umbrella as well. I had mine done for about $50, but it really depends on the size as to what they will charge you. So know your dimensions when you call around for prices.

its expensive to have glass tops cut. if your table is'nt expensive, you would be better off buying another.
