I was wondering if anyone can help me find out how much silhouettes on glass in frames is worth.?
The pictures are all of couples in old fashined garb. Two of them have cherry trees in the back drop, the other has a cottage background. No visable markings or dates, two are framed in metal , one is framed in plaster I think All the glass is bowed

I have been collecting these for 20 years, the glass is curved away from the back ground. Usually the frame is a thin metal strip around four sides. I have picked up some in antique shops for 20 dollars a set, but lately the price is about 50 for a really good set, usually the pictures compliment each other, with a man and woman standing facing away from each other in anger, or sadness, and then facing each other, as he kisses her hand. These sold in the five and dime, in the thirties and forties for under a dollar.

Silhouettes were very popular ,but you need to determine it it was done with scissors or drawing or machine. You can find antique from $75-$2000. It depends on technique and materials and if the artist was well known
