chappati with boiled veg and 1 katori curd and at evening i take 1 cup tea with diet free biscuit than i take after 2 hours 1 glass oragne juice than in dinner i take 1 chappati with boiled dal is it enough diet for me it weight loss or not and tell me how much calories i am taking daily
