then the polishing process. yuck. a ton of different buffing wheels, diamond paste, and rouge. You need a ton of equipment. good luck

Beveled glass is made using quite expensive grinding equipment. Based on your question you know very little about glass — and this is not the forum to even start to explain the process. Get on-line and start doing the research — your library and bookstore will be of help too. DUH !
