Rubbing alcohol will take Sharpie off most things.

I’m not going to guarantee this. But glass usually doesn’t hold ink such as from a magic marker. So just plain vinegar should do the trick.
Good luck!

First, don’t scrape the mark or rub it with a scrubbie, or use any solvent which will frost the plastic plexiglass, like acetone or alcohol. Don’t use generic pump-hairspray as that has solvent which will frost plastic.
The best thing I’ve found for permanent marker (and crayon) is an orange-based spray called DeSolvit. There are other similar products, but this one’s really good. I get it at Walmart. You can also try Goo-Gone.

About Me
ALES LOMBERGAR is one of the few artisans in Europe who still practice the ancient art of glass acid etching which flourished in the late 19th century. Decorations are applied with resin resists by hand and then exposed to acid baths, with no machinery used. More information here.
