tippy top without going over…otherwise you are ripping off your friends and/or customers…takes a little practice and a steady hand but you can do it!! have fun! cheers!

Depends on your purpose. Usually darn close to the top. If you are pouring in a bar you pour until the liquid reaches the line as you look down from the top.
