How do you get an hour glass figure?
I just lost a ton of weight but my body feels wider though
is there anyway to get an hour glass figure
and not get the 6 pack abs that make you tummy thicker and muscular?

take it from someone who has a 28 inch waist and 39 inch hips: DO NOT DO PILATES OR ASTANGA YOGA!!
Both of those build your waist and square off your torso something fierce. Madonna does too much of both and she has virtually no hip to waist ratio.
Old school workouts like Calanetics, waist twists and an elite style of body sculpting called “Gyrotonics” will really sculpt that waist. Rarely wear low rise clothing too , the entire stomach just spills out and the clothing hits mid hip bone encouraging an apple body. Just look at the waists of many teenage girls if you think I’m making this up; it’s the muffin generation! Eat three small meals a day not five small meals, all that bogus advice about ‘keeping blood sugar stable” just makes women bloated. Guys can get by with tons of ab work and eating mini meal but who wants to look like a guy-an impressive hip to waist ratio is where it’s at AND it’s healthy.

I wish I knew, this is what I’m trying to figure out my self.

Sucking your stomach in when you do crunches and sit ups takes inches off better than doing them the usual way. This prevents the bulging out of the muscles that you’re talking about and gets rid of excess fat.

Corsetry. Corset training will reduce the size of yoiur waist, which in turn will automatically give you an hourglass shape. Be careful, however, because if you go too far with it there can be serious health consequences.
