It’s pretty much all about genetics. If you aren’t born to have an hourglass figure the only thing you can do to change it is get plastic surgery.

It’s hard to change your body shape. You need to do exercises that will work on your waist. Drink lots of milk and do some crunches that make your waist smaller. By making your waist smaller, you’ll look like you have an hour glass figure.

I have an hour glass figure… but i was born to have that type of figure… we all have different shapes…some are pear shaped, some are slim and thin, we all fall into different body types even through exercise or eating i’m not sure if it’s possible, but you need to learn to be happy with who you are and how you look…make the best of yourself and the shape you already are.

Eat lots of calories (from good food) including healthy fats such as organic coconut oil, organic butter, non-pasterized dairy (if you can even find it) wild salmon from http://www.vitalchoice.com, and eggs to gain some weight. Then use a rebounder from http://www.healthbounce.com to tone your entire body. You want to stay away from processed foods and especially fast food. It might make you gain weight…but it will give you diseases and brain damage too… (“Crazy makers” book)

pilates. my measurements are 36-26-35.5 and so i’m almost a perfect hourglass figure. before pilates i was 36-28-35.5 so it really helps fix the “athetes body” problem, or atleast with mine because my athlete problem was that i had too much muscle on teh sides of my abdominals. it really helps! good luck!

You can practice belly dance exercise and at times do hip twisting exercises. You can always search youtube for belly dance exercise. It will get you the perfect hourglass shape figure.

How can I get an hour glass figure?

I’ve notice this year that I ate more, gained weight, and squared off. I want to have an hour glass figure but I dont have a lot of resources. If there’s any certain excercisesI have to do, please tell me how to do them or show me a clip. Also if there’s any foods that can help, tell which foods.

don’t do the corset thing, it damages your rib cag and can cause a lot of harm over a period of time of lengthy wearing
kickboxing, my sister takes it and she has a really nice hourglass figure

i don’t know of any exercises, but apparently wearing corsets gives people really good hourglass figures, like permanent ones, in just a few months! look it up.
