It could either mean your a soft person and your heart is easy to break (like glass) or your a cold hearted person and dont have a very good heart… I personally think of that if I think of a person w/ a heart made of glass but I think its the first one.

yes, it is vulnerable to breakage. also, when it breaks, the pieces are so sharp that they can cut and bleed someone! so, beware of breaking somebody’s heart!

I see two meanings: Easily broken, sensitive, fragile — Transparent, easily read, open! (this second meaning is my own derivation, a positive one, though the phrase is used normally in the first context!)
