pull the door, which you may have to figure out how to do, but you can, check the runners, wheels, remove, go to home depot/ hardware store and replace

Sounds like it just needs a little adjustment.
Most sliders have adjustment screws located near bottom of the door. They usually have plastic or wooden plugs covering the adj. screws.Pop off caps with small screwdriver, insert screwdriver in hole and turn until you see door rise slightly.Make sure to adj. both screws evenly.Spray track with some silicone spray and you should be good to go.
Hope This Helps!

My new slider was doing the same thing. My son came over and made some adjustments to the bottom of the door and the sliding screen. I tried the candle wax before the adjustments and it worked only for a short while. Maybe if you go to a hardware store they may be able to instruct you as how to make the adjustments..

try adjusting it or use grafite grease.

chuck a small amount of grease, you know the caramel looking stuff, on the rail, run the door along until it slides clean, add more as it needs more. grease is good
