Glass in Chocolate?

I was eating ice cream and i knoticed something cut my toung, it was glass! Bar in a Jar hershey’s milk chocolate topping. i turned the jar over and there is little pieces of glass all throughout the jar! We called and the lady said it was ok to eat, i refuse to let the company get away with putting glass pieces in there product. What can i do about this?
