Glass reflects (or weakens) most UV rays and some types of glass can block them completely. For example most car windshields block about 80-85% of UV rays.

Glass varies in composition. Some glass can stop some UV rays(There are several types of UV rays-UV-A,UV-B,UV-G) No glass will concentrate the rays. A curved glass like a magnifying glass can concentrate the rays, no strengthen, just pull together into a smaller area.
Glass can have a coating on it that causes reflection of certain rays.
