Do you think I could lose 10lbs. in 3 weeks if I trade a meal for a glass of unsweetened tea everyday?

I exercise regularly, jog 4 miles every other day and yoga for an hour the days I’m not joggin. I have a problem with consumption mainly. I eat 2000 calories a day. Its is varied and healthy, but I’ve been at the same weight now for three months. I think its time to start dieting more, and a tall glass of iced tea doesn’t sound too harmful.
