Can brownies be baked in a glass pan?
I only have glass baking dishes. Receipe calls for metal or dark colored sheets.

Sure, just butter and flour it and you should be fine.
I’ve used glass pans to bake brownies and it works fine. I guess it just depends on the baking spray you use. I usually use PAM or something similar.
Yes, it can. I do it all of the time. I too have glass pans. Just make sure you grease and flour it well… Brownies…. mmmmmmm!!!
yes, just spray it with PAM.
Although I’m a horrible baker myself, I know my wife bakes brownies in a rectangular Pyrex dish without incident.

Sure, but take them out sooner because glass pans hold heat longer and will continue to cook the brownies, which you don’t want to be overdone!
